What is E-liquid?

E-Liquid is the fluid that fuels an Electronic Cigarette. It is what provides the nicotine solution and the flavoring to your Electronic Cigarette. It creates the vapor which you exhale that mimics the traditional smoke from analog cigarettes.

How do I handle E-Liquids?

Most of the components in our E-Liquids are well-known and are used in many food products and household products. Please be aware if your E-Liquid contains nicotine, that nicotine is a known poison and stimulant. E-Liquid should never be handled by anyone underage and should only be used by people who are smokers and have a tolerance for nicotine. Our E-Liquids contain 6mg of nicotine or less. If any amount gets on your skin, wash and clean with soap and water immediately.

What does E-Liquid Contain?

Each E-Liquid recipe is unique in ingredient selection and ingredient proportion. All our E-Liquids use a combination of both PG (Propylene Glycol), VG (Vegetable Glycerin) in varying percentages, as well as natural and artificial flavorings, which are added to create the delicious flavors.

What is Propylene Glycol?

Propylene Glycol is a food grade chemical and is a key ingredient as an additive in various medicines and many food products. It is found in asthma inhalers, fat-free ice cream, candy, popcorn, salad dressings, sodas, beer, and more. Propylene glycol is used in food products as a flavoring carrier, is non-toxic, and is an ingredient in products including food coloring and many types of flavorings. In E-Liquid, PG helps to carry the flavor, and provides the “throat hit” component of vaping.

What is Vegetable Glycerin?

Vegetable Glycerin is thick in viscosity, sweeter tasting, and a vegetable-based liquid used in E-Liquid. A base made of 100% VG is often very thick and hard to absorb effectively as compared to a PG/VG mixed base. For this reason, it is common for high VG E-Liquid to wear out coils quickly. In E-Liquid, VG provides the “cloud thickness” of the vapor.

I have a slight PG sensitivity, what do you recommend?

Some individuals may have sensitivities to Propylene Glycol (PG). By simply lowering the PG ratio and increasing the Vegetable Glycerin (VG) ratio in E-Liquid, the problem will likely be eliminated. However, if the problems persist, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.

Are E-Liquids Safe for Pregnant or Breast-Feeding Women, Persons with Pre-Existing Health Conditions, or for Non-Smokers?

Consult your doctor before using nicotine products. Nicotine may have a negative effect on fetal development and should be avoided during pregnancy. Nicotine should not be used by women who are breastfeeding. Our E-Liquids are only intended for committed smokers of legal smoking age and not intended for non-smokers or any person with an elevated risk of, or pre-existing condition of, any medical condition which includes, but is not limited to, strokes, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, or asthma. If you experience any side effects or possible side effects, stop using the product immediately and consult a physician.

Are your bottles Child-Proof?

We use child resistant tops for the safety of your children and pets. Always keep E-Liquids out of reach of children and animals!

What is a “Throat Hit”?

A “throat hit” is the sensation felt in the back of the throat when the vapor is inhaled. Increased throat hit makes using an e-cigarette feel and taste more like real smoking. The liquid base, concentration of nicotine, and voltage of the e-cigarette affects the liquid’s throat hit.

How should I store your juices?

Keep your E-Liquids in a cool, dark place. Oxygen, light and heat can degrade your E-Liquid and should be avoided. Again, keep out of reach of children and pets.

Is there nicotine in e-liquid?

You may choose to add nicotine to your E-Liquid or opt for no nicotine by selecting 0mg.

Vapor Candy strives to ship every order as quickly as possible. Order processing times are 1-2 days in addition to the shipping times.

Domestic Shipping

Packages are sent via USPS with a 1-2 day shipping time.

International Shipping

Packages are sent via USPS with a 3-5 day shipping time.

Return Policy

VAPOR CANDY does not issue refunds in the form of cash, check, credit, debit, or any other method. Liquid products sold by VAPOR CANDY are unable to be returned for any reason. Flavor dissatisfaction is not a viable reason for product return because flavoring and taste is very subjective and can be considered differently by different users. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and your item(s) eligibility for return is based on VAPOR CANDY’S sole discretion.

Age Verification

To verify customers are of legal vaping age, Vapor Candy utilizes a 3rd party software called Age Checker, to stay compliant with State laws and FDA regulations.

What is AgeChecker.Net?

AgeChecker.Net provides age verification services to online stores that sell age-restricted products such as vaporizers and tobacco-related products. Age verification is required by many federal and state laws.

What information is required?

For most customers, we only require your date of birth, name, and address. If we cannot verify your age automatically, we will need a picture of your photo ID. Note that we are often able to get this information from the checkout form you filled out. In this case, you will only have to input your date of birth manually.

How do I upload my photo ID?

To make it as easy as possible, we have three options for sending us a photo ID:

•Take a picture using your webcam directly from our popup.
•Upload a picture directly from our popup.
•Enter your mobile phone number and use your phone’s camera to complete the process.

How is my information secured?

The information you provide is used purely to verify your age. We never share or sell data to third-parties. Your privacy and security is very important to us. Access to all our services are protected with strong 256-bit AES encryption. All personal information is stored on a private internal network that is not connected to the internet. We will store your DOB, name, and address so that we can verify you without photo ID if you order again. Photo IDs are not stored, they are removed as soon as you are verified. How long does verification take?

We can verify about 90% of U.S. customers instantly using basic personal information. If you cannot be verified automatically, you must submit a picture of your photo ID to be manually verified. This process is easy and takes place within our popup. Once submitted, it will take around 10 seconds to verify you, depending on the number of requests in our queue. You may cover other sensitive information, just make sure that we can clearly see your date of birth, name, address, and enough of the ID to verify that it is real.

Do I have to get verified every time I order?

Once you are verified you will be able to enter your DOB, name, and address to skip the extended verification process on any website using AgeChecker.Net.

What if I don’t live in the US?

International customers must submit their information for our records; however, you will never be asked for a photo ID if you are ordering from outside the US. If we determine that you are in the US but shipping internationally, you will have to be verified via photo ID.
